Hey, I’m Lexi! Founder of SISU Elite Mental Performance. If we haven’t met yet—welcome! I wanted to share a little about me, my experience, and why I started SISU Elite.

I’m a former D1 athlete turned counselor and mental performance coach, helping athletes build confidence, handle pressure, and play with grit.

I played Division 1 softball at Auburn from 2012-2016, where we won two SEC Championships and made back-to-back trips to the Women’s College World Series, finishing as semifinalists in 2015 and national runner-ups in 2016. I had the honor of pitching game 1 in the National Championship series—an experience that taught me firsthand the power of mental resilience under pressure.

After my playing career, I earned master’s degrees in Education, Exercise Science, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Now, as an Associate Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, I help individuals struggling with various mental health issues as well as athletes, teams, and coaches who want to elevate their performance to the next level!
